CANCELLATIONS

All late cancellations will be charged to the card on file and held as a credit on the patient’s account for their next visit. Two consecutive late cancellations will result in the credit being used as a late cancellation fee. There is no time limit for using this credit. Credits cannot be accrued for multiple late cancellations.

No-shows, except in cases of emergency, will be charged in full.

Initial appointments should be prepaid in full at the time of booking. If not prepaid 24 hours before the appointment, they will be removed from the schedule.

RETURNS

Jade Seed Wellness has a 30 day return policy for supplements and products bought in our center or online store. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Jade Seed Wellness custom herbal tinctures and products like probiotics which are sold refrigerated are non-returnable.

We may replace items if they are damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@jadeseedwellness.com to process your exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING

To return a product you received from our online store, please email us at info@jadeseedwellness.com to request your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please contact us at info@jadeseedwellness.com if you have questions about your refund.

PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS

Please note that all of our treatment packages have an expiration date of one year after purchase. Jade Seed Wellness memberships are month-to-month, with a 3-month minimum commitment. You can cancel anytime right up until the membership is set to renew.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms and conditions (“TAC”) are an agreement between you and Jade Seed Wellness (“Jade Seed Wellness”). These are the rules you agree to follow when using Jade Seed Wellness’s website and/or any interactive mobile application that Jade Seed Wellness may develop from time to time (collectively, the “Site”), when you visit the Site or purchase any products from the Site.

These TAC may change. Because your use of the Site means that you agree to these TAC, if we revise and update these TAC, your continued use of the Site will mean that you accept these changes. You agree whether or not to use the Site. If you do not agree to all of these TAC, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or who have the consent of a parent or other guardian. Therefore, by using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have had a parent or other legal guardian review and accept these TAC. These TAC are void wherever use of the Site is prohibited by law. These TAC apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

You are responsible for providing and maintaining, at your own risk, option, and expense, appropriate software and hardware capabilities to enable use of the Site. You are solely responsible for any fees that you incur while using the Site. You also have a duty to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in any forms or other communication you submit to or through the Site. Jade Seed Wellness reserves the right to change the access configuration at any time without prior notice.

The Site and the information and content available through the Site are protected by copyright laws. Subject to these TAC, Jade Seed Wellness grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal use.

Jade Seed Wellness makes available to individuals certain products through the Site. The information provided on the Site regarding these products is for purposes of improving your wellness only and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any interaction between you and Jade Seed Wellness is not intended to create, nor does it create, any doctor-patient relationship. Use of the Site is for information services only. The Site is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendation regarding medication.

Jade Seed Wellness does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information you may obtain through the Site. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
